Whether you’re leading in-person or virtual sessions, your focus will be on helping clients adopt new technologies confidently and effectively. Here’s a snapshot of how you’ll make an impact: - Complete training and certification in the Fixed Ops (Parts/Service) domain to deliver expert instruction on Cox Automotive’s Xtime and Dealertrack products. - Deliver engaging product training that drives product adoption and enhances dealership operations. - Deliver on-site and virtual training to drive product adoption and business impact. - Collaborate with dealership leaders to develop tailored training plans, assess software/hardware readiness and recommend solutions. - Build and maintain deep product knowledge and stay current on automotive trends to deliver high-impact, relevant training and consulting. - Troubleshoot client challenges and provide hands-on support to ensure smooth product implementation. - Foster strong business relationships through effective communication of training progress, project status and client needs. - Participate in product enhancement reviews, group projects, stretch assignments and internal training initiatives. - Partner with your manager and mentors to grow through regular feedback and coaching. Travel: - This is a 100% nationwide travel role, with the benefit of a 4-day work week. Here’s what sets you apart: Minimum: - A bachelor’s degree with 2 years of automotive or dealership experience; a master’s degree with up to 2 years of related experience; or 6 years of related automotive or dealership experience with no degree. - At least one year of experience with Fixed Ops (Parts/Service) required. - Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate and communicate in a way that retains trainee engagement. - Strong emotional intelligence and a people-first mindset. - A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on stretch opportunities. - Comfort with extensive weekly and overnight travel. - Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. - The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Preferred: - Fixed Ops Advisor/Manager experience. - Experience and familiarity with Salesforce and/or Cox Automotive products. - Experience leading trainings or working directly with clients. Overview The Senior Manager, US Commercial Training & Development – TTR Franchise reports to the Associate Director.
