About the Role As a Business Systems Engineer on our Global e‑Commerce and ERP team, you’ll sit at the intersection of business and technology. You will translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and help design robust, automated solutions within our large-scale, homegrown ERP and e‑commerce platforms. What You’ll Do Translate business requirements into technical specifications - Work with TPMs to understand business needs and background context. - Convert business requirements into clear, detailed technical specifications and backlog items for the development team.
