As our Industry Relations Manager you’ll support Questex’s success by: Hosted Buyer Recruitment & Connections Program (MFE Conference) - Lead recruitment and qualification of buyers for the Multifamily Executive Connections hosted meeting program at MFE. - Identify and engage senior-level decision makers who are relevant to sponsors and event partners. - Build and manage a pipeline of prospective buyers. - Conduct outreach through marketing channels and personal outreach - Manage the buyer application and vetting process. Work with the sales manager and operations team to qualify buyers that meet the criteria. - Coordinate buyer onboarding and ensure participation in scheduled meetings. - Support the hosted buyer experience before and during the event. Industry Partnerships & Strategic Relationships (NYU, MFE Conference, AHF) - Identify and develop relationships with industry associations, organizations, and strategic partners. - Manage partnership opportunities that expand event reach and audience growth. - Coordinate cross-promotional opportunities with partners. - Identify new channels for reaching target audiences across the real estate ecosystem. VIP & Advisory Board Engagement (MFE, AHF, NYU) - Support recruitment and management of industry advisory boards for MFE, AHF, and NYU. - Maintain relationships with key industry leaders and repeat attendees. - Develop and manage VIP programs that strengthen engagement with top executives and decision makers. - Work with event leadership to identify and invite strategic industry participants. Awards & Recognition Programs (MFE Conference, AHF, NYU) - Manage and coordinate awards programs for MFE and AHF. - Engage industry leaders and partners in award participation and promotion. Investor Relations (NYU) - Support outreach efforts to recruit investors to attend NYU. - Help develop targeted campaigns to engage new investor audiences. - Maintain relationships with key investors and repeat attendees.
