Aligned to our ‘Lending’ customer goal, you’ll be working with your colleagues to deliver the technology strategic roadmap, while ensuring the right balance between our business goals and building future technology, at the right cost. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining the release train. This will include the preparation and review of the release and environment strategy, involving plans and estimation and managing interdependencies. With your vital leadership, you’ll provide cross-team synchronisation, making sure everyone has a clear understanding of how their work helps our customers. You’ll drive continuous improvement across delivery via various channels, including improving or removing manual steps. We’ll look to you to demonstrably improve release train agility and value to end state customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Development and maintenance of the domain’s Agile Release Train (ART) - Preparation and review of release and environment strategy, including plans and estimations, management of inter dependencies, and providing cross-team synchronisation - Enhancing deployment and management phases of the development lifecycle, including through Agile coaching and active contribution to release and environment best practice - Facilitating and fostering the preparation of release and sprint vision, goals and work pipelines and facilitating pre and post planning meetings - Building and communicating release calendars and iterative planning cycles and synchronising with other release train managers across domains - Aggregating the programme release objectives into value streams release objectives where they exist and publishing them for visibility and transparency - Assisting with the economic decision-making by facilitating estimation by teams and the roll up to programme and portfolio levels The skills you'll need We’re looking for someone who is a strategic thinker with an expert understanding of running complex projects spanning multiple scrum and non-scrum teams. You’ll also need: - A solid understanding of lending platforms, products and propositions - Proven experience of AI implementations, with the ability to balance customer value with responsible and ethical delivery - Expert level knowledge and proficiency with scaled Agile and P3M tools and methodologies spanning value stream, portfolio, programme and team levels - The ability to prioritise and sequence tasks that are to be delivered by the feature teams - Strong servant leadership capabilities along with the ability to create and share a vision in-line with the bank’s - Great stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both business and technical partners - Experience of running multiple matrix managed teams Hours 35 Job Posting Closing Date: 08/04/2026 Ways of Working:Remote First

What you'll do As the Internal Audit Manager - Technology Audit, you will play a key role in safeguarding Airwallex's technology environment. You'll plan, execute, and report on technology, cyber, and data audits-covering everything from fieldwork and evidence gathering to issue discussions and report drafting. You'll analyze the adequacy of controls over IT operations, cloud environments, digital infrastructure, and security governance, ensuring our technology risk management is robust and future-ready. This role is based in Singapore. Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and report on technology, cyber, and data audits, including fieldwork, evidence gathering, issue discussions, and report drafting. - Analyze the adequacy of controls over IT operations, cloud environments, digital infrastructure, and security governance. - Prepare and maintain well-structured audit documentation and contribute to regular quality reviews. - Interpret and integrate regulatory requirements (such as MAS TRM, DORA, APRA CPS 234) into audit planning and execution. - Liaise with a variety of technology and business stakeholders, delivering clear, actionable insights and recommendations. - Contribute to special reviews, investigations, or time-sensitive risk assessments as needed. - Foster strong, constructive relationships with control owners and management across Airwallex. Who you are We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - 6+ years of relevant experience in IT audit, cloud platforms, data analytics, cybersecurity, digital products, or risk management. - Demonstrated expertise in cloud and digital security. - Well-versed in financial services regulations, especially those governing technology risk for digital banks and fintech firms. - Curious and proactive about emerging trends in cloud, DevOps, AI, and new tech stacks. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues to senior management and influence change. • Drive Astranis's market access efforts outside of the United States. • Lead the team obtaining and maintaining market access and landing rights authorizations. • Engage in regulatory processes to modify national regulatory regimes to facilitate future market access for Astranis satellites. • Develop in-depth understanding of regulatory and market access frameworks where Astranis does business. • Engage directly with national regulatory authorities and foster strong relationships. • Obtain new licenses/authorizations for satellites and earth stations and maintain existing ones. • Prepare documentation in support of the license/authorization application process, pulling information from teams across Astranis. • Influence and optimize the domestic/regional regulatory frameworks to support business objectives and market expansion. • Leverage satellite industry organizations to ease market access/landing rights requirements in key markets. • Provide regulatory support to the commercial team for market access in the region. • Represent Astranis in relevant regional meetings and international forums to promote Astranis's interests.
