The Content Developer is critical for creating and maintaining custom content and configurations across our suite of portals and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills and thrive in fast-paced environments, delivering high-quality work on urgent and short-timeline projects. This position is full-time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST. This will be on-the-job training and the hours during training will be 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday. Primary Responsibilities: - Develop and implement custom content and configurations for UMR web portals and apps - Code specific designs accurately and efficiently, ensuring alignment with project requirements - Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to meet tight deadlines - Maintain version control and code integrity using GitHub - Support ongoing enhancements and troubleshooting for existing portal content - Ensure compliance with UMR standards and best practices You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience - Must be 18 years of age OR older - 2+ years of experience coding with HTML and other content development languages (CSS, JavaScript, etc.) - 2+ years of experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration - Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. The Operations Director is responsible to charter, plan, organize and execute activities to support client facilities.
