Corporate Operations Specialist
E2 Optics
• Safety is E2 Optics' number one Core Value • All employees are expected to follow safe work practices, as well as adhere to company and client worksite safety policies and procedures • Embrace and promote E2 Optics Core Values to support a family-centric workplace culture • Utilize internal computer systems, including ticketing platforms and cloud-based business management tools, to manage daily tasks • Maintain a consistent presence at your workstation during business hours to monitor and manage the ticketing platform, ensuring timely processing of requests and efficient workflow • Create and update E2 purchase orders in accordance with company standards and procedures • Create and update E2 projects in accordance with company standards and procedures • Process credit card requests, validate transactions, accurately record expenses to ensure proper documentation and timely submission for reimbursement • Process Amazon purchase requests in accordance with company standards • Communicate order tracking details and proactively resolve any issues or problems that arise to ensure timely and accurate delivery • Arrange flights, transportation, and lodging for E2 employees, ensuring all travel accommodations align with company policies and employee needs • Identify areas for improvement and proactively propose, develop and support the implementation of more accurate and efficient processes and practices • Perform special projects as assigned, in support of departmental or organizational goals • Proactively address issues and situations, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution • Issue and coordinate Certificate of Insurance requests for E2 Operations as needed • Travel is expected to be limited; however, the individual must be able and willing to travel as needed to support operational requirements
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree in business administration or post-secondary education in business or operations support is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations support, administrative support, or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience coordinating day-to-day operational tasks, vendor communications, or project support activities is preferred
- Familiarity with procurement processes, scheduling, or travel coordination is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated and dependable, with strong work ethic
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities, workflows, and deadlines
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Positive attitude with strong customer service skills and professionalism

Job Summary Responsible for supporting customers, end users, and sales representatives by accurately logging, managing, and resolving quality complaint issues in accordance with established procedures, regulatory requirements, and service-level expectations. Job Description Key Responsibilities - Collect, review, and document all relevant information to accurately log product and quality complaints in the SAP Complaint Management System. - Process and manage complaints submitted through Zendesk and received via the Genesys phone queue. - Initiate and manage call tags, Salesforce notifications, customer credits, and replacement orders as required to support timely complaint resolution. - Ensure all complaints are properly documented, tracked, and closed within applicable systems. - Conduct required follow-ups on issued call tags at the 7-day, 15-day, and 30-day intervals to ensure timely resolution. - Generate Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) and coordinate product returns as needed. - Distribute Customer Satisfaction Surveys and support follow-up as required. - Collaborate with Sales representatives to obtain necessary information for open or outstanding complaints, following established timelines and written procedures. - Maintain compliance with Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO standards, and Medline policies and procedures. - Adhere to all written procedures and ensure accuracy and consistency in complaint handling. - Respond to customer and internal emails within 24 hours. - Complete all required training by assigned deadlines. - Meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across SAP, Zendesk, and Genesys platforms. - Support audit readiness and successfully meet audit requirements. Qualifications Education - High School Diploma or equivalent required.
