Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of sales experience in gaming or a related area
- Technical knowledge sufficient to demonstrate the company’s games and systems products to customers
- Strong interpersonal and social skills
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Creative, innovative, analytical, forward thinking and project leadership skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Self-motivated
- Effective decision-making and problem solving skills

Escalate urgent situations to leadership when necessary - Enter complaint information in a timely manner for tracking and visibility - Maintain excellent customer service throughout all interactions - Timeliness, professionalism, and genuine care in their interactions (via phone, in person or email) will be key metrics for this individual’s performance What you need Required - High School Diploma or GED - Two (2) years’ relevant work experience Preferred - Preferred candidate resides in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone - Call center, phone queue, remote work experience - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, and ERP systems (including data analysis tools i.e. queries, pivot tables, etc.) $21.58 – $37.96 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. • Customer Expansion & Revenue Growth: Identify, qualify, and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base. • Collaborative Selling: Partner closely with Account Executives and Customer Success to plan and execute expansion strategies. • Customer Understanding: Learn how customers use the platform today, what challenges they face, and where additional AI agents or features create value. • Value-Based Storytelling: Clearly explain new features, modules, and use cases — always tying them back to customer outcomes and business impact. • Pipeline Ownership (Expansion): Build and manage an expansion pipeline, from opportunity identification to deal support and close. • Feedback Loop to Product: Share insights from customer conversations with Product and GTM teams to help shape future features and positioning.
