• Conduct remote UAS flight operations in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations and company procedures. • Monitor live telemetry, video feeds, and mission data across multi-screen systems. • Perform structured pre-flight checks and post-flight documentation. • Maintain situational awareness during all flight operations. • Communicate clearly with operations personnel and field teams. • Log flight data accurately and complete required reporting. • Follow standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times. • Participate in training and operational readiness exercises. • Organize and report test results • Perform specialized inspections • May instruct and supervise others • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management
• At the direction of client, perform visual and non-destructive examination of static and dynamic pressure retaining equipment in accordance with American Petroleum Institute (API) standards and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) • Submit to client technically accurate reports documenting equipment condition • Provide client with technical recommendations for the repair, re-rate, replacement, and/or alteration of plant equipment, as required for safe operation within stated operating parameters for durations specified by client • Provide technical input to client as required for welding and metallurgical issues • Provide technical guidance, on a application of non-destructive examination techniques and procedures • Fully comply with all Acuren and client safe work practices and actively participate in all site safety initiatives • Willingness to travel if needed

• Develop, review, revise, and approve NDT procedures, techniques, work instructions, and quality-related documentation in accordance with applicable codes, standards, customer requirements, and industry best practices. • Serve as the corporate Level III resource for MT, PT, UTT, Leak Testing, MFL, and Eddy Current methods. • Support service lines in the implementation and standardization of approved NDT procedures across all operating regions. • Provide technical guidance and interpretation of NDT codes, standards, specifications, and procedures to operations personnel and customers. • Support technician qualification and certification programs in accordance with SNT-TC-1A, CP-189, NAS-410, client requirements, and company procedures. • Conduct technical audits of field operations, technicians, procedures, and inspection programs to ensure compliance and consistency. • Evaluate new NDT technologies, methods, and inspection techniques for potential implementation across the organization. • Partner with Service Line Managers and Operational Leadership to identify training needs and technical competency development opportunities. • Assist with customer audits, technical presentations, qualification reviews, and proposal support activities as required. • Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action development related to quality events, technical findings, and customer concerns.

• Perform terrestrial LiDAR scanning of storage tanks (external and internal), pressure vessels and associated components • Plan scan setups to ensure full coverage of critical areas and minimal shadowing and data gaps • Establish and verify control points where required • Document field conditions and constraints • Register and align multiple scans into a unified point cloud • Conduct deformation analysis including out-of-roundness, plumbness (tanks), settlement trends, and bulging or localized distortion • Collaborate with API-certified inspectors to interpret findings and identify code-relevant conditions • Produce colorized deviation maps, annotated 3D models and quantitative measurement summaries • Maintain traceable workflow from raw data to final report
