Director of Business Development

Ob Hospitalist Group

• Develop and execute strategic outreach to hospitals, health systems, and physician groups • Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and relationship building • Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to proposal development and contract closure • Meet or exceed partnership and revenue growth targets • Leverage existing relationships and internal networks to uncover new opportunities • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting within CRM systems • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities • Partner with executive leadership to penetrate new and underdeveloped markets • Collaborate with marketing to support go-to-market strategies and campaigns • Educate healthcare stakeholders on the value of telemedicine solutions • Build and maintain relationships with hospital executives, physician leaders, and key decision-makers • Conduct presentations, meetings, and consultations with C-suite and clinical leadership • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients throughout the sales process

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Demonstrated success in business development, including pipeline generation and closing deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, results-driven environment
