Job Requirements

  • Strong experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders; interacting with members of the public on behalf of an organization, and communicating risk to senior leadership teams.
  • Strong experience working within the security domain, either working for a security company, as part of or managing security teams, as a security developer, engineer, or researcher.
  • Experience with vulnerability management programs - this may come in the form of a program owner, security researcher, pentester, security developer, security engineer, work on bug bounty programs, etc.
  • Experience with AI Adoption, AI Tooling, and enablement
  • Experience coordinating and delivering on large scale projects.

This role serves as the lead for the contracting team while working in close partnership with the agency’s EEMR team, leadership, and key stakeholders. As a senior technical lead, this individual serves as a trusted advisor to the client, supporting endpoint management strategy, reporting frameworks, tool optimization, and data-driven decision-making. The EEMR Technical Staff Lead plays a key role in expanding the Desktop, Device, and Endpoint Engineering (DDE) division’s ability to meet growing operational demands by helping to establish and mature a dedicated support team. This includes shaping processes, contributing to, and operationalizing standards, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery. This role also supports efforts to improve visibility into endpoint health, compliance, and performance through enhanced reporting and analytics, while partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and deliver reliable, actionable insights for both operational and strategic decision-making. About You Minimum Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in data engineering building and operating production-grade data pipelines and platforms. - 2+ years of experience directly managing data engineering teams with full people leadership responsibilities (hiring, performance, and career development). - Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language used for data engineering (Python or Scala). - Hands-on experience with distributed processing and streaming technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka, or Flink). - Experience with modern cloud data warehouses and lakehouse architectures (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift). - Experience orchestrating pipelines with tools such as Airflow, Dagster, or similar. - Strong background in data modeling (dimensional and normalized), data quality frameworks, and automated testing. - Proven success partnering cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Software Engineering to deliver end-to-end data solutions against clear SLAs/OKRs. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
