Job Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, MarTech, e-commerce, or consumer tech
- Experience executing demand generation and lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email, outbound, basic paid channels)
- Hands-on experience with content creation and social media management (especially LinkedIn)
- Strong copywriting skills — ability to write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused B2B content (posts, emails, ads)
- Basic experience with paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads or similar) and willingness to optimize them
- Experience supporting or participating in events and webinars (end-to-end ownership is a plus, but not required)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for managing leads and tracking campaigns
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate product features into clear marketing messaging
