Senior Project Coordinator

• Support the project management team by ensuring projects are executed efficiently and in accordance with deadlines • Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project-related documentation, reports, and records • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to facilitate clear and effective communication, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines • Ensure all projects comply with company processes, policies, and quality standards • Address potential challenges or roadblocks and work with the project management team to find solutions that keep projects on track • Provide administrative and logistical support to project managers, ensuring all aspects of the project are organized and monitored efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Project Management, or similar
- 3+ years of experience in a similar or related field is acceptable in exchange for educational requirements
- Ability to travel when required, both office and site environments
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Projects, etc.)
- Experience working with CMMS, CRMs, and ERPs is a plus
- Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results
- Ability to work remotely and as part of a team.
