Title: Associate Brand Manager, Premium Chocolate Location: Hershey PA or Remote Summary The Associate Brand Manager (ABM) for Premium Chocolate Marketing will help shape and deliver brand strategies that elevate equity, drive sustainable growth, and strengthen the role of premium chocolate within Hershey’s broader portfolio. This position sits within the Global Brand Office, which is responsible for owning brand equity and health, architecting and delivering brand plans, and partnering with Commercial to turn plans into customer & retail activation. The premium chocolate portfolio is an increasingly important growth area for the business; this role will help shape how our brands will win with consumers today and into the future. Responsibilities - Support development and execution of brand strategies and plans for the premium chocolate portfolio, with a focus on driving brand equity, relevance, and near‑term growth (1–2 years) - Serve as a close partner to the Chocolate Portfolio Strategy & Innovation team, translating 3-to-10-year growth strategies and innovation roadmaps into closer‑in brand plans - Ground brand decisions in a deep understanding of our consumer, translating consumer, category, and market insights into clear brand implications - Develop clear, concise brand recommendations and presentations for senior leadership, simplifying complexity and driving alignment - Lead elements of creative development and agency partnership, from briefing through execution, ensuring work is insight‑driven, on‑strategy, and on‑brand - Monitor brand performance and brand health metrics, synthesizing results into learnings and recommendations to optimize plans and strengthen impact - Contribute to an innovative, forward thinking team culture on the Global Brand Office Qualifications Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced degree a plus) - 2 to 4 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Strategy, or a related business role - Experience in CPG or consumer marketing strongly preferred. Familiarity with syndicated data tools (Nielsen, IRI) and financial analysis required. The Energy Auditor – Virtual will virtually inspect buildings to assess current energy use, then make recommendations to optimize efficiency and minimize cost. This role is primarily responsible for completing virtual walk-through energy efficiency assessments, providing instruction for customers to install energy efficiency equipment and products, and for deepening customer awareness of and participation in rebate programs and the utility’s demand-side management programs. You will also be working with others who are passionate about energy efficiency and making a positive impact on the industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. - In advance of appointments, review and analyze data, including online building site information, energy usage and customer-reported information and images, then determine preliminary opportunities for efficiency and savings. - Deliver professional, high-quality, and efficient virtual energy auditing services to utility customers over the phone, text and/or video chat. Initiate conversations regarding energy usage and build quick rapport with utility customers in a virtual setting. - Complete virtual (video, phone and/or chat) walk through energy assessments of properties that identify key natural gas and electric saving opportunities (all living space, basement/crawl space, attic, and exterior perimeter of building if safely accessible for the customer) and promote behavioral change. - Provide thorough education to end users regarding energy efficiency. Clearly explain and articulate energy assessment findings to building owner including explanation of energy efficiency rebates and answering related questions. - Instruct on the installation of energy saving devices including lighting, smart thermostats, hot water saving devices, and the like. - Compose and deliver audit reports containing the results of the energy analysis and recommendations for improved energy efficiency. - Actively identify and recommend ways to improve program operations and delivery. - Continuously drive improvements in quality, customer satisfaction and productivity. - Accurately complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, and documents, etc. - Follow and comply with all safety and work rules, regulations, and practices. - While this role is primarily remote, there may be times when field support may be required. This role leads the pricing and membership teams within Contract Administration and is also responsible for running the Wholesale initiative.
