Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Develop necessary documentation for Stage Gate approval, including business cases, financial plans, resource plans, and project plans, working alongside other subject matter experts in the organization including finance, technology and operations leadership. - Develop detailed tactical implementation plans, including scope, actions, milestones, timelines, with ownership and responsibility for successful delivery. - Ensure alignment of project objectives with the overall transformation strategy of Franklin Energy and client and customer needs. - Take accountability for delivering tangible financial & non-financial benefits across the enterprise at pace, with field operations, warehousing, fleet, scheduling, contact center and other teams through productivity improvements and Performance Excellence techniques. - Exploration and diagnosing additional improvement opportunities. - Facilitate excellent communication between project teams and senior leadership to ensure transparency is maintained with a strong focus on influencing, coaching and guiding the business owners towards sustainable Transformational Change. - Deliver performance improvements against baseline KPIs and proactively address potential roadblocks, targeting a balanced suite of financial and non-financial benefits derived from transformation delivery across quality, safety, cost, revenue, lead time and productivity at the intersection of people, process and technology. - Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to the Senior Director of the TMO, SteerCo, and other stakeholders. - Utilize data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement, derived from data storage systems, dashboards and manual data collection techniques. - Collaborate with other Transformation Managers, Change Coaches and other Project Managers across the enterprise to prevent duplicative efforts, optimize resource utilization and share best practices, case studies and quick wins. - Implement Change Management best practices to ensure change is well received, understood and sustains. - Ensure project initiatives and piloted solutions are rolled out at scale in a way that supports Franklin Energy’s culture and values. - Ensure all project activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards by maintaining the highest levels of compliance and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. - 5+ years of project management experience with demonstrated experience in leading large-scale transformation projects in industrial settings (warehousing, utility field operations, telecoms network, manufacturing etc). - Experience leading transformation projects as a Lean, Performance Excellence, Agile, Six Sigma, Process Excellence or Change Management Practitioner. - Project Management / Transformation / Change Certification(s) preferred – (PMI, Agile, LCS, PROSCI etc.). Requirements - Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget with outstanding results across financial and non-financial metrics. - Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, working collaboratively with stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle. - Exceptional project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management with the ability to identify and mitigate risks before they turn into issues. - Experience with budget management and financial oversight on projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for example, realistic timelines, relevant subject matter experts, efficient technology and travel spend. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and the creative ability to convey complex ideas visually, with simplicity to varying levels of audience, including the senior leadership group. - Commitment to high-quality delivery, ensuring all transformation initiatives meet or exceed established standards, objectives and key results. Role Description We provide our utility clients with a wide range of energy-saving and renewable energy solutions. From individual utility customers and construction contractors to utilities, municipalities, and government bodies, our clients have come to depend on our customized energy efficiency programs to help them meet their energy-saving goals. The Program Manager is primarily for providing leadership on one of our energy efficiency programs. In this hands-on management role, you will oversee energy programs and will work closely with both clients and our energy professionals to achieve client energy efficiency goals and other program objectives. You will also be working with others who are passionate about energy efficiency and making a positive impact on the industry. Position Summary The Senior Proposal Writer is a key part of the Commercial Excellence team and is primarily responsible for supporting end-to-end bid and proposal activities, resource allocation, and coordinating activities with cross functional teams.
