About the Role Tiger Tracks is a performance-driven creative agency looking for experienced contract Digital Ad Designers to join our production roster. You'll work project-by-project, receiving clearly scoped creative briefs and delivering polished, platform-ready ad assets across web and mobile formats. This is not a brand design role. We need designers who live and breathe digital advertising - who understand that a beautiful asset that's too heavy to serve efficiently or too polished to feel native isn't a good ad. What You'll Do Asset Production - Receive creative briefs, mood boards, and performance guidance from our Digital Project Manager and execute to spec. - Design ad assets across all standard digital formats: Meta (Feed, Stories, Reels), Google Display, TikTok, programmatic, and email. - Produce multiple size variations per concept - typically 8-15 sizes per batch - with consistent quality across all dimensions. - Deliver assets optimized for file weight and platform specs without sacrificing visual quality. - Iterate quickly based on feedback; most revision cycles are tight. Performance Awareness - Design with conversion in mind, not just aesthetics. You should know why a lo-fi, UGC-style creative often outperforms a polished brand execution. - Understand the visual hierarchy principles that drive click-through: clear CTAs, legible copy at small sizes, thumb-stopping first frames. - Flag anything in a brief that you believe will underperform based on your experience, and offer an alternative direction. What You Bring - 3+ years designing digital ad creative, specifically for web and mobile platforms, not just general graphic design. - A portfolio demonstrating ad creative across multiple formats and brands, with clear evidence of platform fluency. - Deep knowledge of platform ad specs: dimensions, file formats, file size limits, aspect ratios, animation restrictions. - Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects for animated assets). - Strong understanding of file weight and compression - you know the difference between an asset that looks good and one that actually serves. - Ability to work independently from a brief with minimal hand-holding, hitting deadlines without reminders. - Clear communication when something in a brief is unclear or undoable as scoped. Nice to Have - Experience producing motion/animated ad creative (GIF, HTML5, short-form video). - Familiarity with UGC-style ad production - making polished content feel native and unpolished. - Prior work at a performance marketing agency or in-house at a DTC brand. - Comfort with AI image tools for rapid concepting or asset generation (with human design judgment layered on top). How We Work You'll be briefed by our Digital Project Manager, not directly by clients. Briefs include platform specs, a mood board, copy (where applicable), and performance guidance on what we know works for that brand. We expect assets delivered in organized, clearly named folders with all required sizes. Project volume varies. We'll scope each engagement upfront and confirm availability before kicking off. Strong performers get first right of refusal on new projects.

You will also bridge the gap between Marketing brand standards and Customer Experience needs, ensuring a cohesive yet purpose-built creative system for customer engagement. This is not a production-only role. It is a strategic creative leadership role with ownership, influence, and accountability for how customers experience our products through content. What You Will Own Creative Strategy & Design System - Define and own visual and motion design standards across all Customer Experience content. - Translate marketing brand guidelines into a customer-centric design system optimized for onboarding, education, and support. - Establish scalable templates, toolkits, and frameworks to ensure consistency across products and teams. - Ensure all creative outputs balance brand integrity with usability, clarity, and engagement. - Continuously evolve creative standards based on customer feedback, product updates, and business needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership - Act as the primary creative partner to Customer Experience leadership. - Collaborate closely with Marketing to align on brand while adapting for CX-specific use cases. - Influence stakeholders across Product, Operations, and Support to elevate the role of design and motion. - Provide creative direction and feedback to contributors and external partners when applicable. - Champion high-quality, customer-first creative standards across the organization. What We Are Looking For Experience - 8-10 years of experience in motion graphics, video production, visual design, or related creative fields - Proven experience creating product-focused video content (e.g., SaaS tutorials, onboarding flows, explainer videos) - Experience translating or extending brand systems across different audiences and use cases - Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, storytelling, and product visualization - Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Film, Multimedia, or related field How You Operate - Creative strategist: you define how creative drives customer outcomes, not just execution - Storyteller: you simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives - Systems thinker: you build scalable frameworks and repeatable processes - Customer-first mindset: you prioritize clarity, usability, and impact - Influential collaborator: you build alignment across cross-functional stakeholders - Detail-oriented: you maintain high standards across all outputs - Self-starter: you thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision insurance options - 100% employer-paid short/long-term disability - Basic Life Insurance - 401(k) with 100% company match up to 4% - Flexible paid personal/vacation time built on mutual trust and accountability - 10 sick days annually - 10 company-paid holidays - 6 weeks paid parental leave Inclusion & Diversity Togetherwork is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
