• Responsible for revenue growth and market development in Germany (through new and existing customers) • Proactive new customer acquisition • Management and strategic development of key accounts • Close coordination with internal international teams (Sales, Engineering, Aftermarket) • Technical consulting: plant and system design, process evaluation, product training • Preparation and coordination of proposals and solutions with internal specialist teams • Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities • Documenting and maintaining all activities in Salesforce
Job Requirements
- Degree in a technical field (e.g., process engineering, mechanical engineering)
- 3 to 5 years' sales experience in special plant engineering
- Technical understanding and advisory competence for complex solutions
- Strong communication skills at all levels – from technicians to executive management
- Independent, goal-oriented, assertive, and willing to travel (approx. 60% travel)
- Fluent German and English (business proficiency)

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $99,500.00-$148,025.00.
