Palliative Care Education – Student Affairs and Recruitment Program Manager

• Lead the daily operational activities of the Palliative Care Education Programs. • Develop marketing strategies for prospective students for each program in collaboration with leadership team. • Manage Salesforce CRM and Slate database to ensure recruitment initiatives are being met. • Create, maintain, and manage workflows, communications, and processes within Slate to ensure a smooth admissions process for applicants. • Advise admitted students enrolled in the Palliative Care Education Programs. • Maintain and report accurate admission and enrollment data and provide tuition revenue projections to support leadership in effective decision-making and strategic planning for the annual budget and staffing. • Monitor administrative staff performance and provide constructive feedback on their daily duties.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
  • Four (4) years of professional experience supporting post-secondary education programs.
  • An advanced degree may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis if the degree is in a field of study directly related to the work assignment.
  • Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience with student advising/admissions.
  • Experience in management supervising employees/administrative staff.
  • Experience using Canvas.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
