Aufgaben Als Junior Technical Solutions Engineer (oder Werkstudent:in) bei Linkster arbeitest du eng mit unserem CTO zusammen und übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in der technischen Problemlösung rund um unser Produkt – die Linkster Influencer Performance Cloud. Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Customer Success, Kunden und Engineering und sorgst dafür, dass technische Herausforderungen effizient und sauber gelöst werden. - Du analysierst und löst technische Tickets aus dem Customer Success Team (z. B.
