About the role: We are looking for a Senior BI Analyst to design and deliver effective business intelligence solutions, focusing on CRM, lifecycle, and marketing reporting. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, data engineers, and architects to translate reporting needs into scalable datasets, KPI definitions, dashboards, and insights. Candidates should have strong business analysis, BI development, and stakeholder management skills, especially in Tableau and modern data platforms like Databricks. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reporting requirements for CRM and marketing - Translate business questions into KPIs, reporting logic, and dashboard specifications - Design and enhance BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions in Tableau - Work with data engineers to create reporting-ready datasets - Define and document metric logic, calculation rules, and data usage guidelines - Validate data accuracy across dashboards and source tables - Support user acceptance testing and stakeholder feedback - Identify improvements for reporting and dashboard usability - Assist in the rollout of new reports and dashboards, including user training - Contribute to BI best practices and standards Requirements: - 5+ years in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis roles - Strong experience with Tableau for dashboard design and data visualization - Ability to gather business requirements and develop effective reporting solutions - Understanding of BI concepts, including KPIs and dimensional modeling - Experience with CRM and marketing-related data - Proficient in SQL for data analysis and validation - Familiarity with cloud platforms like Databricks or Snowflake - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience working in cross-functional teams Desirable: - Experience with CRM and lifecycle reporting - Knowledge of marketing analytics and customer engagement reporting - Familiarity with data modeling and governance concepts - Experience with A/B testing or product analytics - Knowledge of Python or scripting for analytics support - Tableau certification or similar qualification is a plus What`s in it for you? - Care: your mental and physical health is our priority.
