• Responsible for leading implementation programs of highly complex, multi-service line, enterprise level solutions for DS customers globally • Manages a matrixed project team, including subordinate regional project managers from different internal areas, such as Product Team, IT Infrastructure, Real Estate, HR, IT Security and Finance • Works directly with customer project management and project resources • Provides direction to cross-functional workstream leads • Works with internal and customer stakeholders to meet performance requirements and customer expectations • Primary day to day point of contact for customer and internal resources • Creates and manages the program-level schedule • Manages dependent tasks and conflicting priorities • Develops and manages weekly status reports and issue logs • Utilizes reporting tools to measure and communicate progress, quality, and compliance • Manages customers through a system Change Control process • Ensures internal stakeholder requirements are met including performance, quality, and financial goals • Analyzes and resolves issues • Escalates issues to senior management when required • Supports and promotes Iron Mountain core values

• Develop, manage, and execute an effective construction portfolio strategy • Leverage internal and external partnerships to create scalable program and project management • Work with Real Estate & Facilities to deliver construction projects enhancing customer experience and promoting employee productivity • Ensure governance of external PMO/PM partners • Develop solutions to oversee RE&F related construction projects including mechanisms for financial controls, project scheduling, statutory compliance and risk management • Communicate project status regularly across all stakeholder groups, including financial, schedule, quality, risk reporting • Delivery of a multi-year forecast of construction activities • Partner with IT Business Partner to ensure suitable Technology, Reporting, and Analytics solution • Manage service provider relationships to ensure successful delivery • Collaborate with other Corporate Functions to ensure transparency and alignment • Develop standardized processes, guidelines, and playbooks as needed • Ensure PMO/PM partner introduces industry best practices and new ideas

• Operationalize the HUB: Stand-up core PSP operations including intake pathways, SOPs, training materials, call guides, FAQs, and quality controls. • Translate strategy into execution: Implement program design, pressure-test workflows, and ensure processes perform reliably in real-world conditions. • Partnership & Collaboration: Ensure clear, consistent handoffs across HUB, field teams, and vendor partners. • Ensure systems support operations: Ongoing engagement with technology partners to ensure tools are configured and function to support workflows; identify and resolve gaps quickly. • Establish and manage performance standards: Define SLAs, monitor performance, conduct root-cause analysis, and hold teams and vendors accountable. • Lead day-to-day operations: Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management to drive consistent, high-quality execution. • Drive data integrity and visibility: Define reporting needs and ensure accurate case documentation and data capture to enable visibility into performance, access barriers, and risk. • Embed compliance into execution: Ensure HIPAA adherence, audit readiness, and appropriate controls across all workflows in partnership with Legal and Compliance. • Own launch readiness: Identify operational gaps early, prioritize fixes, and ensure the program is fully functional and resilient for launch readiness.
