• Lead development of the validation strategy within the first 30 days of onboarding • Oversee CSA/CSV compliance execution aligned with the customer SDLC and quality procedures • Provide governance, review, and approval of validation lifecycle deliverables (URS, risk assessments, validation plans, specifications, testing artifacts, traceability, and validation summary) • Ensure readiness for formal testing and completeness of change control documentation • Support CMDB governance and provide guidance on validation and testing tools • Monitor KPI adherence including approval cycle time and traceability coverage

• Providing equipment support to customers by providing immediate response and critical support on-site during machine breakdown to achieve the targeted MTTR. • Plan and execute periodic preventive maintenance procedures, implement retrofit / upgradation of equipment whenever necessary to ensure targeted MTBF and machine availability. • Identify opportunities for MKS Equipments, collaborate with global stake holders to provide the best value proposition to meet domestic customer needs and requirements. • Work closely with product management teams, Regional teams, and Tech Centers and implement auxillary equipment strategy to ensure optimum chemistry performance at customers. • Provide necessary training to customer personnel to implement periodic maintenance schedules and resolve breakdowns. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and partners in the region. The Solar PV Field Testing Technician will be responsible for supporting field-based technical services throughout the lifecycle of solar PV projects, with a primary focus on on-site testing, verification, and data collection. The role includes performing regular field inspections to assess installation quality, carry out visual and electrical checks, and ensure that measurements and test results are accurate and consistent with site conditions. The technician will also conduct basic reviews of collected data and reports to confirm alignment with field observations. The candidate will coordinate with contractors and client representatives on site, follow internal procedures, and report any deviations, safety concerns, or quality issues identified during inspections. Experience with PV installations is valued, although extensive experience in electrical installations or maintenance is also suitable. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a field environment are essential.  Perform on‑site inspections of solar PV installations to verify construction quality and compliance with established procedures. - Carry out visual and electrical checks following standardized testing protocols. - Review and validate field measurement data, test procedures, and basic test reports to ensure consistency - with site conditions. - Identify, document, and follow up on deviations, defects, or safety concerns until they are resolved. - Participate in site coordination meetings to communicate findings and ensure all required documentation - is provided by stakeholders. - Support the collection and preliminary review of PR measurements, IV curve data, and other performance indicators. - Assist with field testing activities such as electroluminescence (EL) imaging, thermographic inspections, curve tracing, insulation resistance testing, and general visual inspections. - Operate, maintain, and properly handle testing equipment including IV tracers, EL cameras, insulation - resistance meters, infrared cameras, clamp meters, and multimeters. - Coordinate with client representatives and contractors prior to and during site visits to ensure readines for testing activities. - Contribute to the preparation of field notes and provide input to final inspection reports to confirm that - results match field observations.
