You’ll also play a key role in mentoring others, improving our engineering practices, and contributing to technical direction. Our primary tech stack is Javascript, using ReactJS, NextJS & NodeJS. What You’ll Do - Design, build, and deliver high quality, scalable features across the stack - Take ownership of complex technical problems and drive them through to resolution - Contribute to architectural decisions and improve system design - Collaborate closely with product and design to shape solutions, not just implement them - Mentor and support other developers, raising the bar across the team - Improve code quality, testing, and deployment practices - Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and developer experience Qualifications - Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer, with a track record of designing and delivering scalable, maintainable systems in production environments - Deep expertise in Node.js and React (or comparable technologies), with sound judgement on when to apply different tools and patterns - Strong grounding in modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews), with practical use of AI-assisted development (e.g. prompt engineering, AI agents) to enhance productivity and code quality - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make pragmatic, well-reasoned decisions - Experience working in agile, high-velocity teams, ideally within startup or scale-up environments - Hands-on experience operating in cloud environments (e.g. GCP or similar), including deploying, debugging, and optimising live systems, not just designing for them - Comfortable working remotely across time zones, with strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to have: - Experience with Next.js, Typescript, GCP, Firebase - Experience improving architecture or scaling systems - Experience mentoring or leading other developers What Success Looks Like - You take ownership of key areas of the product and deliver meaningful outcomes - You contribute to technical direction and improve how we build, test and deploy - You help lift the capability of the team - You make things better, whether that’s code, systems, or ways of working

• Understand the business requirements and their implications on the technical implementation of features and production support issues • Ongoing interaction with the team and Product Owners about the design/implementation of product functionality • Owns our domain, models best practices and elevates the team through coaching, knowledge sharing and active technical leadership. • Design, develop and test product functionality according to the acceptance criteria • Present your team's outcomes to business stakeholders, including during sprint demonstrations • Provide ongoing support of your team's functionality in production and all lower environments • Actively participate in and demonstrate ownership of shared team activities including planning, grooming, DevOps activities, on-call roster and ad-hoc team discussions • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders in a distributed global organization

• We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join one of our core domain teams — Tenant Find, Property Management, or Payments. • This is a high-impact role at the intersection of business, product, architecture, and hands-on execution. • You will be expected to understand how the domain works in practice, identify the highest-leverage opportunities for automation, shape the solution, and drive it through to production. • You will work in a small, high-ownership team where exceptional engineers can have disproportionate impact. • This role requires advanced day-to-day use of AI and LLMs as part of exploring problems, evaluating solution paths, accelerating implementation, and designing automation systems.

• You will be responsible for reviewing application logs, system metrics, and operational data to identify patterns, errors, and potential issues • Work closely with our engineering teams to triage incoming bugs and support tickets, providing them with initial findings and relevant information from your log analysis • You will be introduced to bug fixing and the initial development of new features, helping to build out our products and solutions • Serve as a key link between our Quality Assurance, Operations, and Engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and a quick path to resolution • Maintain clear and concise documentation of issues, findings, and resolutions in our knowledge base
