• We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join one of our core domain teams — Tenant Find, Property Management, or Payments. • This is a high-impact role at the intersection of business, product, architecture, and hands-on execution. • You will be expected to understand how the domain works in practice, identify the highest-leverage opportunities for automation, shape the solution, and drive it through to production. • You will work in a small, high-ownership team where exceptional engineers can have disproportionate impact. • This role requires advanced day-to-day use of AI and LLMs as part of exploring problems, evaluating solution paths, accelerating implementation, and designing automation systems.

• You will be responsible for reviewing application logs, system metrics, and operational data to identify patterns, errors, and potential issues • Work closely with our engineering teams to triage incoming bugs and support tickets, providing them with initial findings and relevant information from your log analysis • You will be introduced to bug fixing and the initial development of new features, helping to build out our products and solutions • Serve as a key link between our Quality Assurance, Operations, and Engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and a quick path to resolution • Maintain clear and concise documentation of issues, findings, and resolutions in our knowledge base

• Architect and optimize Azure GCC High and Commercial environments, including Entra ID, Conditional Access, and RBAC • Oversee SIEM and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) • Lead the implementation of controls for CMMC Level 2, NIST SP 800-53, and FISMA • Manage vulnerability and security monitoring, including incident response activities • Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams for secure configuration and eDiscovery readiness • Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans aligned with federal healthcare requirements • Support IT service desk, ensuring high-quality support and maintaining SLAs
