The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team: RTX is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join our Operations and Supply Chain Finance team as the Lead Developer. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP ABAP development, along with hands-on experience in SAP Fiori applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting SAP solutions to enable efficient financial operations within our manufacturing processes and will be responsible for all development efforts and be a guiding voice in the architecture of our solutions. What You Will Do: - Lead the development efforts of our 2–3-person development team as well as supporting and providing technical expertise to Product Management and architectural guidance for our key solutions and cross team integrations. - Provide expertise and guidance in assessing short- to mid‑term (1–2 year plus) organizational needs and shaping the design, development, and implementation of solutions that significantly impact the RTX organizations we support. - Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces tailored to meet business requirements in the Manufacturing Finance domain. - Develop and enhance SAP Fiori applications, including UI5 design and OData services. - Analyze complex business processes and provide technical solutions to optimize financial operations within the manufacturing area. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, manufacturing, and DT, to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions. - Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables. - Support SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge sharing to internal teams. - Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions. Qualifications You Must Have: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 10+ years of related experience, preferably in the Aerospace & Defense industry, or Advanced degree in related field and 7+ years of related experience, preferably in the Aerospace & Defense industry with a minimum of 9 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development. - Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 application development and strong communication and collaboration skills. - Proficient in ABAP Objects, SAP workflows, and performance tuning and a strong understanding of financial processes in a manufacturing environment. - Knowledge of SAP functionality in the areas related to operations finance including Grouping Pegging Distribution (GPD); FICO; Project Systems; as well as general knowledge of all operations areas of SAP ECC. - Experience with Government related A&D Project Close-out and Archiving, using the SAP Archiving and SAP GPD Freeze and Archiving Solutions. - Experience with OData services, CDS views, and SAP Gateway with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Qualifications We Prefer: - Experience with TDD (Test Driven Development) and Automated Unit Test. - Experience with S/4HANA development and migration projects. - Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, and PP. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - SAP certification in ABAP or Fiori is a plus. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Role Description Sous l'autorité du chef de bureau et de son adjointe, vous êtes notamment chargé : - du développement d'actions de structuration, de communication et de valorisation de la profession de paysagiste concepteur (profession réglementée), à travers notamment l'instructions des demandes d'obtention du titre ; - de l'animation du réseau des écoles nationales supérieures de paysage (filière enseignement-recherche) : pilotage, renouvellement et suivi des conventions pluriannuelles d'objectifs (environ 500 000€ de budget annuel) ; participation à l'organisation et suivi des événements inter écoles annuels ; - de l'animation du réseau des paysagistes-conseils de l'État qui accompagnent les services de l'Etat, en particulier les DREAL et des DDT(M) autour du paysage (150 paysagistes-conseils sur le territoire national dont 3 dont les missions sont de la responsabilité du bureau) ; - de l'accompagnement d'initiatives et d'actions d'origine associative promouvant une approche paysagère de l'aménagement et de l'urbanisme ; - de la participation aux programmes de recherche ministériels en lien avec le paysage ; - de l'organisation tous les 2 ans du Grand prix national du paysage et la valorisation du projet lauréat.
