Training & Development Supervisor – Financial Advisers

Quilter

• Supervise a team of trainers ensuring that their training delivery is of a high standard and oversee their training commitments. • Evaluate performance and assess the competencies of trainers to ensure they meet the required standards for delivering training programs • Oversee the scheduling of training interactions • Manage key training projects or interventions • Manage key stakeholder relationships • Develop and support the development of training materials where required • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • Level 4 qualification in Financial Advice (required)
  • Management Experience: Proven experience in managing or supervising individuals within a training or financial services sector, e.g. – Training, Advisor or Compliance teams.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial services, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Training Delivery & Design: Experience of designing and delivering training programs, within the financial services sector to agree timescales
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Advice Process – A good understanding of the advice process, compliance and the soft skills required by a Financial Advisor.
  • Technology Proficiency: A good understanding of both Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience of using training design tools and methodologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust training methods to suit different learning styles and environments.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring training materials are accurate and comprehensive.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Role Description Sous l'autorité du chef de bureau et de son adjointe, vous êtes notamment chargé : - du développement d'actions de structuration, de communication et de valorisation de la profession de paysagiste concepteur (profession réglementée), à travers notamment l'instructions des demandes d'obtention du titre ; - de l'animation du réseau des écoles nationales supérieures de paysage (filière enseignement-recherche) : pilotage, renouvellement et suivi des conventions pluriannuelles d'objectifs (environ 500 000€ de budget annuel) ; participation à l'organisation et suivi des événements inter écoles annuels ; - de l'animation du réseau des paysagistes-conseils de l'État qui accompagnent les services de l'Etat, en particulier les DREAL et des DDT(M) autour du paysage (150 paysagistes-conseils sur le territoire national dont 3 dont les missions sont de la responsabilité du bureau) ; - de l'accompagnement d'initiatives et d'actions d'origine associative promouvant une approche paysagère de l'aménagement et de l'urbanisme ; - de la participation aux programmes de recherche ministériels en lien avec le paysage ; - de l'organisation tous les 2 ans du Grand prix national du paysage et la valorisation du projet lauréat.
