Role Description At Quilter, we’re strengthening our exposure management capability across on-prem, cloud and externally facing estate. This role is central to driving a risk-based vulnerability management programme — combining high-quality scanning and asset insight with cloud posture and attack surface intelligence — so that remediation is prioritised where it matters most and delivered with pace and measurable outcomes. The Vulnerability Management Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle, including: - Detection - Triage - Prioritisation - Tracking - Assurance of remediation across infrastructure, endpoints, applications and cloud platforms The role also supports Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) activities, including monitoring of cloud security benchmark compliance and CSPM “attack paths”, and integrates Attack Surface Management findings to reduce exposure from unknown or unmanaged internet-facing assets. The successful candidate will be hands-on with enterprise vulnerability tooling and will partner closely with infrastructure, cloud engineering, application teams and third parties to ensure remediation is delivered within defined service levels and supported by clear reporting and governance. Qualifications - Significant hands-on experience operating enterprise vulnerability management tooling, with deep expertise in Qualys (VMDR) across complex environments. - Strong experience with Azure CSPM operations: triage, prioritisation, remediation routing, and assurance. - Practical experience with Attack Surface Management concepts and workflows. - Deep understanding of how code-based and software component vulnerabilities are discovered, exploited, and weaponised. - Proven ability to run a risk-based vulnerability programme. - Confident communicator who can explain technical vulnerabilities, exploitation likelihood, and remediation options to varied audiences. Role Description This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how strategically aligned Quilter Partner Hub firms transition through acquisition and into the Employed business. The role will play a central part in ensuring integrations are well planned, professionally executed and aligned to our long-term operating model, while maintaining strong relationships with firms throughout the process. - The Senior Advice Integration Manager will be instrumental in building a successful Employed National business, working across internal and external stakeholders to navigate commercial, legal, operational and compliance considerations. - This role requires strong judgement, disciplined delivery and the ability to track progress against agreed business and integration outcomes, ensuring each transaction is translated into sustainable value for the wider business. - The Advice Integration Manager is responsible for providing our Quilter Partner Hub firms with expert advice and guidance throughout the acquisition of their business and integration into Quilter Financial Advice (QFA). - You will develop, own, and execute the end‑to‑end integration strategy for newly acquired Quilter Hub firms, including integration roadmaps, workstreams, milestones, and KPIs to ensure a disciplined and coordinated approach. - This will include development and delivery of comprehensive change‑management plans that minimise disruption and accelerate adviser adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. - You will lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams (e.g., Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, Communications) to deliver a seamless integration experience ensuring compliance, operational stability and continuity of service throughout integration. - You will build strong relationships with acquired Quilter Partner Hub leadership teams to foster trust and collaboration throughout the integration journey. - You will act as a diplomatic and credible representative of Quilter Financial Planning (QFP) during sensitive post‑acquisition periods. - You will work closely with the Employed National Director to ensure a cohesive and seamless transition for Hub firms through the acquisition and integration process, in line with contractual timelines specific to each firm. - You will work compliantly and in partnership with all other functions within QFP including Risk and Compliance. - Work across the wider Quilter business to ensure an integrated client offering is in place where appropriate. Role Description In this role you will be part of a friendly team who actively manage the diaries for 100's of financial advisers throughout the UK. The role is a telephone based home working role where you will be dealing with clients from all demographics of the UK who are seeking financial advice. - Using our CRM system to find out about the client’s needs. - Finding the right adviser for the client and booking an appointment in our CRM system. - Liaising with clients and financial advisers on a daily basis. - Providing a varied and interesting role that offers some flexibility. - Full training and support will be given in the role. Qualifications - Strong experience in dealing with clients, either face to face or on the telephone. - Competent in software such as Word and Excel. - Extensive experience in call-handling, dealing with a large volume of inbound and outbound calls. - Ability to take ownership in your role and prioritize and multitask effectively. - Desirable: Financial services background. Requirements - 1 late shift per week (11:30am until 19:30pm) (flexible on which day). - Normal hours (9-5) for the rest of the days in this week. - 1 Saturday shift every 5 weeks, with a half-day (9am-12pm) the day before. - Saturday shift from 10am until 2pm.
