WHAT YOU WILL DO - Maintain clean, standardized data across ERP (Business Central) and CRM (HubSpot) systems. - Identify and resolve duplicate, inconsistent, or incomplete data in customer, product, and pricing records. - Build and maintain KPI dashboards and recurring reports across Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations. - Deliver accurate and timely insights to support business decision-making. - Handle ad hoc data requests by extracting, organizing, and presenting data clearly. - Support CRM hygiene and assist the sales team with pipeline tracking and quote follow-ups. - Ensure accurate deal data for reporting and forecasting. - Maintain and enhance product catalog data for e-commerce and distributor platforms. - Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of product attributes and content. - Assist with order entry processes, ensuring correct part numbers, pricing, and order details. - Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and better data structuring. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment across systems. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. Experience: Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems (Business Central, HubSpot, Popdock, or Power BI preferred). Technical Skills: Strong Excel and data analysis skills; understanding of databases (fields, tables, relationships). AI & Automation: Familiarity with AI tools and automation concepts is a plus. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Work Ethic: Willingness to support operational tasks such as order entry when needed.
