Role Description The Data Entry Team Lead provides assistance and support for a team of Data Entry Analysts that input / duplicate medical bill information or breakdown itemization charges into a database in a timely and accurate manner while meeting production volume expectations. The Data Entry Team Lead is responsible for assisting and supporting their direct supervisor, helping to ensure the team meets protocol as well as performing supervisor duties if and when the supervisor is out. You’ll design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports used across the company, ensure data accuracy and reliability, and proactively identify anomalies or issues before they impact decision-making. Working closely with engineering and business teams in a fully remote environment, you’ll play a key role in helping the company operate as a truly data-driven organization. Responsibilities: - Pipeline and data warehouse management (Stitch and Google BigQuery) - PowerBI - Design, build and maintain dashboards for different teams - Write and maintain DAX measures, calculated columns and calculated tables - Google Analytics - Setting up and validating tracking in coordination with engineering team - Building on-demand custom reports for different teams - Analyse and interpret data Expectations: - Data validation / Attention to detail - all dashboards and reports must be double checked. We are relying heavily on data and we must trust data reported is 100% accurate at all times. - Proactive anomaly detection - build a system in such a way that you can spot and report anomalies and proactively detect and solve issues in reporting or analytics. - High level of organisation - work must be organised, documented and tracked (Trello, Slack deployment logs). - Cooperation and communication - since we are a fully remote company, we are relying heavily on Slack. Every message must be attended, acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner. - Responsibility - You will be fully responsible for all of the above mentioned expectations. No excuses.
