Job Requirements
- 2+ years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with comfort building models and synthesizing data from multiple sources
- The ability to structure and communicate complex ideas clearly in writing, in slide decks, and in rooms with senior stakeholders
- A self-directed work style with the discipline to produce client-ready output with limited supervision
- Collaborative instincts (i.e., you’re equally comfortable receiving direction from partners and coaching junior team members)
- Genuine interest in education, workforce, or social impact; direct sector experience is a plus but not a requirement
- Proficiency building client-ready PowerPoint presentations strongly preferred; ThinkCell experience is a plus
- Proficiency using Excel for market sizing and financial modeling strongly preferred
- Experience designing and analyzing surveys preferred; Qualtrics familiarity is a plus
- Exposure to M&A diligence or commercial due diligence work is a plus
