Summary: In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of strategic insights, including publications, presentations, and analytics-based reports, to help health system executives anticipate, interpret, and act on emerging industry trends. You will also support delivery of the Intelligence product overall which includes oversight and management of core product functions, and strategy development for the future direction of the product. Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of deliverables that leverage Vizient’s thought leadership and analytics to inform health system executive decision-making across clinical excellence, operational performance, and strategic growth topic areas. - Oversee the intelligence portfolio, including content strategy, educational programming, and alignment to evolving customer needs. - Support product strategy development and execution including managing the deliverable calendar. - Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while providing clear and responsive communication. - Translate complex data, research, and market signals into clear, actionable insights; facilitate strategic discussions with health system executives and internal Vizient teams to deepen and expand Sg2’s perspective on the future of health care. - Drive member engagement by delivering executive-level presentations at industry conferences, Vizient- or Sg2-sponsored events, and member meetings on high-priority topics such as System of CARE strategy, financial strategy, operational improvement, and strategy execution. - Develop innovative deliverable formats to expand Sg2’s content portfolio and support Edge membership growth and retention. - Partner with cross-functional teams across Vizient to integrate intelligence and strengthen the overall value proposition. Qualifications: - Relevant degree in health care or business preferred. Advanced degree a plus. - 10 or more years of relevant experience in a health system, a health care advisory or consulting firm focused on strategy development, strategy execution or performance improvement required. - Demonstrated ability and track record on developing perspectives and conceptual frameworks for C-suite audience leveraging expertise from different health care business and clinical services, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated strong written and verbal communications skills. - Proven track record collaborating with peers across the organization on projects. - Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. - Willingness to travel. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach.
