Technical Recruiter In this role, you will: - Source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates and manage all stages of the recruiting process - Partner with Technical Recruiter to support technical and project-based recruiting processes as necessary. - Develop a strong understanding of the mission while learning how to effectively pitch the team and opportunity, ultimately closing exceptional technical talent for the organization. - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, track requisitions, and build effective hiring strategies. - Recruit qualified candidates to support Zeno's commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). - Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and functional competencies. - Conduct screening and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate alignment with Zeno's mission and culture. - Collaborate closely with Zeno's leadership team to understand organizational goals and workforce planning needs. - Partner with the Recruiting Coordinator to ensure an excellent candidate experience and a smooth interview process. - Track and analyze recruiting metrics to monitor pipeline health, hiring timelines, and overall process efficiency. - Develop and execute outreach strategies, leveraging job boards, professional networks, and partnerships with universities and industry organizations. - Represent Zeno Power at career fairs, networking events, and other external engagements to strengthen our employer brand. Key Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred - 5+ years of Recruiting experience, preferably in the aerospace, defense and/or nuclear industries - Experience working for a federal government contractor strongly preferred - Experience conducting interviews and background checks - Deep knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure in an uncertain environment - Experience with Confluence and Jira is preferred - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization - Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver a high-quality candidate experience - Collaborative mindset and ability to partner effectively across teams and time zones Job Functions - Position requires in-office presence in Washington, D.C. (Mt. The final job level and compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, and other business considerations.
