Extension or conversion to full-time may be considered at the end of the contract based on business need and mutual interest What the Role Is We are seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven Senior Technical Recruiter(Contract) to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles across Babylist, with a particular emphasis on Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI positions, in addition to core Engineering roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and leadership to build diverse pipelines, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and help scale teams that are critical to Babylist’s product and business growth. We are looking for someone who thrives on solving hard problems, operates with a strong bias for action, and consistently finds creative paths forward. You are resourceful, scrappy when needed, and have a track record of delivering results in fast-moving environments. The starting salary range for this role is: CAD $ 148,000 - $154.500 Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.
