• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel marketing strategy aligned to revenue and partner growth objectives. • Create scalable partner-ready campaigns, co-branded assets, toolkits, and demand playbooks. • Increase partner marketing activation rates and campaign participation. • Drive measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth. • Own MDF strategy, governance, ROI tracking, and optimization. • Partner with Channel Sales to support recruitment campaigns, onboarding journeys, and partner enablement. • Implement attribution models that clearly measure channel marketing impact. • Own North America & Latin America demand generation across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, content syndication, ABM, and emerging channels. • Lead performance and execution of Demandbase and intent-driven targeting strategies. • Optimize spend efficiency, pipeline quality, and cost per opportunity. • Lead webinar and top-of-funnel programs to convert engagement into qualified pipeline. • Amplify integrated campaigns through digital, email, SDR, and partner channels. • Lead and develop the SDR team to maximize pipeline creation. • Align inbound and outbound motions for improved velocity and conversion. • Define and lead lifecycle marketing strategy to drive adoption, expansion, and retention. • Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives through both direct and partner channels. • Establish full-funnel KPI frameworks tied to pipeline, revenue, and ROI. • Drive operational excellence across marketing automation, attribution modeling, campaign tracking, and reporting.
Job Requirements
- 8–12+ years of B2B cybersecurity marketing experience focused on demand generation and channel marketing strategy.
- Proven track record of driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth.
- Experience managing SDR/BDR teams and aligning sales + marketing motions.
- Strong performance marketing and paid media expertise with ROI accountability.
- Experience managing MDF programs and partner co-marketing.
- Advanced understanding of funnel metrics, attribution, and marketing automation.
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.

The MedTech Digital Group is building digital solutions for JJMT, both standalone software and software to support our devices, particularly Ottava. This Director will serve as the account leader who will partner with the Ottava sales team to sell Polyphonic products. The responsibilities include working with our businesses to maintain a target list of accounts that could be Polyphonic customer, working with regional commercial teams to build and expand provider relationships, and being the quarterback to take the potential health system partners from initial conversations to signed commercial agreements. The role will also include working cross functionally with MedTech Digital Product and Partnerships teams as we shape the product to reflect what we are hearing from the health systems and how we can best address their needs.
