• Own the overall fundraising strategy and execution across foundations, high-net-worth individuals, and corporates. Focus on identifying and creating new opportunities and pathways—not just managing what already exists. • Build a fundraising program that can reach $10M+ a year. Set the strategy, build the pipeline, and lead the team to get there from the ground up. • Put clear systems in place so the team can consistently develop and close opportunities year after year and create visibility across the organization into pipeline progress. • Partner closely with Marketing, Impact Investing, Finance, and Technology teams to identify and pursue opportunities that require cross-functional approaches. • Set a high performance bar, hire great talent and build a strong cohesive team culture. • Serve as a key external leader for Kiva—building relationships with major funders and partners and representing the organization with credibility on a global stage.
