• Engage the volunteer community -- Monitor interactive Colibri Discussion Boards (the program’s online volunteer community forum) and coordinate volunteer recognition efforts (including the Milestone Award recognition process, Volunteer of the Month interviews, and posting volunteer achievements monthly). Alert volunteers to increase loan review needs with challenges and Kiva-related news and initiatives by posting original messaging on Colibri. • Support with cross-functional event planning and motivational messaging during various Kiva campaigns. • Volunteer recruitment -- Research recruitment resources as needed, post job descriptions, and assist in the initial screening of applications. • Assistance with systems -- Assist with QA testing and documentation for improvements to volunteer-facing communication tools (Colibri), the creation of new reference materials (e.g., FAQs, training videos), and refining the transition to automated emails via our preferred email platform (Iterable). • Team collaboration on volunteer engagement logistics -- Draft motivational messaging, plan volunteer events, design and analyze surveys, and strategize on timing and method of communication. • Enhance process efficiency -- Provide input on streamlining recurring volunteer engagement responsibilities for efficiency gains. Propose initiatives that would minimize manual program administration of intern tasks. • New tool research projects -- Help the team source and review new online tools and products to enable programmatic scaling. • General data analysis -- Compilation and analysis of volunteer surveys, polls, and community interaction through click rates and responses and presentation of any results to the team. • Enhance volunteer communications -- Manage a new email channel and processes to add to documentation for future team reference. • Additional support -- Contribute to and manage aspects of various projects as needed.

• Lead the audit, organization, and standardization of internal documentation to improve clarity and accessibility across the team • Document key processes, systems, and workflows by working closely with team members to capture how things actually operate • Contribute to improving partner-facing resources by auditing existing materials and identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated content • Draft and update content for partner resources, ensuring messaging is clear, accurate, and aligned with Kiva’s voice • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Creative, to update and refine partner-facing materials • Help ensure consistency across internal and external content, including messaging, structure, and design • Scope and design an internal partnership library or AI agent • Provide operational support during high-volume periods, including assisting with the partner help queue • Support reporting scheduling needs as needed • Contribute to additional projects related to documentation, content development, and partner experience

• Review our internal tools & storage (Confluence, Asana, GDrive, etc.) and document what information is located where. • Propose a structure for how to consolidate & organize all resources in an efficient way that’s easy to navigate & maintain. • Create the approved infrastructure with accompanying infrastructure. • Create & update the Asana project with the guidance of the Creative Project Manager. • Document and train the Marketing department into proper use and maintenance of the new infrastructure. • Provide a summary of the project using project management metrics established at the start of the project.

• Own the overall fundraising strategy and execution across foundations, high-net-worth individuals, and corporates. Focus on identifying and creating new opportunities and pathways—not just managing what already exists. • Build a fundraising program that can reach $10M+ a year. Set the strategy, build the pipeline, and lead the team to get there from the ground up. • Put clear systems in place so the team can consistently develop and close opportunities year after year and create visibility across the organization into pipeline progress. • Partner closely with Marketing, Impact Investing, Finance, and Technology teams to identify and pursue opportunities that require cross-functional approaches. • Set a high performance bar, hire great talent and build a strong cohesive team culture. • Serve as a key external leader for Kiva—building relationships with major funders and partners and representing the organization with credibility on a global stage.

• Schedule approved content across Kiva’s social platforms using Sprout Social • Maintain a consistent post cadence of 2-3 posts per week for Instagram, 1-2 posts per week for Facebook • Ensure correct copy, tagging, formatting, links, and accessibility best practices (e.g., alt text) • Coordinate with the Creative team Project Manager to source evergreen assets • Monitor Sprout Smart Inbox daily for comments, messages, and mentions • Respond to routine inquiries and comments in alignment with brand voice and guidelines • Compile quarterly social performance reports across platforms • Track core metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, top-performing posts)

• Play a critical role in advancing Kiva’s fundraising and partnership operations. • Support the full philanthropic partnership lifecycle—from researching and qualifying new prospects to developing outreach materials and proposals. • Strengthen the operational foundation of the Strategic Partnerships team by supporting strong systems, clean data, and clear reporting across tools like Salesforce and Asana. • Research, scope, and qualify new partnership opportunities aligned with Kiva’s strategies, contributing to a healthy pipeline. • Conduct prospect research across multiple channels to identify high-potential partners. • Draft, organize, and refine high-quality written materials that support fundraising meetings and external engagements. • Support the development of funding proposals and grant materials, writing and synthesizing content that translates programmatic priorities into compelling narratives. • Act as the first point of contact for inbound partnership leads, assessing fit and identifying appropriate pathways within Kiva. • Lead or support submissions that elevate awareness of Kiva’s partnership work. • Support Relationship Managers with ongoing partner and donor stewardship, including operational communications and due-diligence coordination. • Independently manage engagement for select smaller partners and donors. • Lead grant reporting as needed, managing timelines and coordinating inputs across teams. • Act as a collaborative connector across teams to support smooth partnership execution. • Organize, facilitate, and document meetings to ensure clear agendas, notes, and follow-through. • Partner with Senior Manager to improve workflows, clarify ownership, and develop resources that strengthen collaboration.
