• Develop, maintain, and support web-based applications for the Department of Social Services • Design, develop, and implement .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, and PrimeNG • Develop and maintain data-driven applications with MS SQL Server 2016 • Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and deployment of software components • Support legacy system modernization and integrate SC Voucher and CACFP processes into CCSS • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions • Maintain documentation and follow software development best practices, including Agile methodologies • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability • Troubleshoot, modify, and support existing applications as needed

• Design, build, and deploy APIs and API Products • Implement API governance and policy enforcement at scale • Develop automation, tooling, and integrations using Python • Manage application artifacts, API proxies and related assets using JFrog Artifactory • Contribute to platform standards, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Support the execution of the overall GTM strategy in the key markets • Ensure GTM governance is properly defined and maintained • Responsibility for (internal and external) market activation • Ensure alignment of market activation, sales and GTM governance to the core GTM strategy • Work alongside Product and Delivery Teams to ensure effective teaming and alignment of the entire product lifecycle (product, GTM, delivery) • Work with Member Firms to deliver the GTM strategy at a local level

Role Description TRM Labs provides blockchain analytics and AI solutions to help law enforcement and national security agencies, financial institutions, and cryptocurrency businesses detect, investigate, and disrupt crypto-related fraud and financial crime. The Product Engineering team is responsible for building a comprehensive set of features, frameworks, and functionalities for both end customers and internal-facing teams to successfully execute and scale TRM’s business. We are looking for a pragmatic backend engineer who can build reliable and scalable software that will be used by all TRM customers. You’ll also design backend APIs with a deep understanding of the customer experience and performance. Qualifications - Experience designing and building scalable systems, web applications, APIs, and services. - An understanding of storage systems such as relational databases (e.g., Postgres) and analytical databases. - Demonstrated experience in understanding customer pain points and bridging their needs to technical & product requirements. - A high degree of initiative and ownership, combined with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to change. - Exceptional ability to structure problems and identify the most critical issues to prioritize. - Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing. - Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with a diverse group of people at all levels in an organization. Requirements - The team operates on a weekly sprint schedule. - Individuals on the team are tasked to lead projects as technical anchors. - On-Call: We have an on-call rotation that is specific to internal tools. Benefits - The estimated base salary range for this role is $210,000 - $240,000. - This role may be eligible to participate in TRM’s equity plan.
