• Direct and coordinate the efforts to implement the AlayaCare application • Manage changes necessary for smooth functioning within the operational context • Liaise with stakeholder departments and intersecting projects • Collaborate on vendor procurement activities including contract negotiation • Create required project groups such as steering committees and project teams • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and scope changes • Assist with change management components and scheduled communications to stakeholders
