Regional Sales Manager, Medical Gas
Enovis
• Achieve or exceed annual revenue quotas for all medical gas product lines • Present all products with technical accuracy and professionalism, including system specifications, compliance features, and installation requirements • Manage and cover the assigned territory effectively, including overnight travel to healthcare facilities, engineering firms, and distributor locations • Develop and maintain a comprehensive territory sales forecast and strategic business plan, incorporating market trends and regulatory changes • Attend and actively participate in local and regional trade shows, technical conferences, and healthcare construction expos • Understand and analyze competition, trends, and costing to sell effectively and increase profitability • Draft technically sound proposals, quotes, and correspondence tailored to healthcare infrastructure projects • Provide Forecasts, Business Reports and Itinerary Plans monthly to Sales Leader • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure product compatibility and support during pre-installation and commissioning phases
Job Requirements
- 5 years’ sales or service experience
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in medical gas pipeline systems or ASSE
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Associates Degree or equivalent required
- ASSE 6010, 6020 or 6030 certification is a plus
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, submittals, and compliance documentation
- Deep understanding of healthcare construction cycles, compliance requirements, and medical gas system applications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, especially with clinical and technical stakeholders
- Must possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license and must possess and maintain an acceptable driving record
- Self-motivated “hunter” mentality with a proactive approach to territory development
- Capable of managing and motivating channel partners including distributors and agents
- Possess strong business acumen for the medical equipment market.
