SAP Technical Manager
Trulieve
• The SAP Technical Manager is responsible for the technical leadership, stability, and governance of Trulieve’s SAP platform, including S/4HANA, SAP Basis, ABAP/Fiori development, and SAP BTP Administration. • This role owns day‑to‑day platform health, production support, and technical delivery oversight while partnering closely with Integration, OMS+, Infrastructure, and Business teams. • As SAP Technical Manager in the Enterprise Applications team, your primary role is to lead the technical team, and the delivery and support of solutions used for end-to-end business processes. • You will partner with IT Business Systems Analysts and with key business users to design, configure and implement exceptional solutions in SAP s/4 and related systems. • You will deliver work product that is typically based on SAP ABAP, UI5/Fiori, SAP BUILD, SAP BAS, JavaScript or other frameworks. • This position will provide deep technical knowledge, end to end technical oversight from design through owning the implementation of the solution including, but not limited to, S/4 technical landscape, planning, designing, testing, deploying, troubleshooting, upgrading, and optimizing. • Additionally, S/4 Point of Sale, integrations with internal and external systems/services, heavily focused on APIs integrations B2B, A2A, and B2C. • This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring deep technical experience combined with strong ownership of production operations, incident response, and delivery discipline.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required in Computer Science or Related Field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of SAP technical roles with a strong understanding of SAP BTP, ABAP, UI5/Fiori including web-based applications.
- Solid understanding of s/4 architecture, Integration APIs, configurations, Smart Data Integration, CDS Views, OData provisioning and web services.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a technical team.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good project management, delegation, prioritization skills and experience.
- Ability to work and communicate with various levels of management, users, team members and customers.
- A passion for all things tech and a drive to experiment with new technologies to see where they can benefit the business.
- Excellent communication skills, social, meeting facilitation skills with ability to convey technical terms to a non-technical audience.
- Expertise in integration for large application platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, Zendesk.
- Execution and review of scheduled Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) and IT General control.
- Understands BTP environment and solid understanding of integrations/CPI.
- Experience with OMS+ Point of Sale is a plus.
- This position may require, occasionally, to work at nights / weekends.
