Sales Executive – Healthcare Revenue Cycle & Collections (Direct Sales) Job Summary The Sales Executive – Healthcare Revenue Cycle & Collections will drive direct sales into healthcare-focused collections agencies, early-out vendors, and revenue cycle partners. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that position RevSpring’s patient engagement, payment, and analytics solutions to improve recovery rates, enhance patient financial experience, and ensure compliance within a highly regulated healthcare environment. Target accounts include healthcare collection agencies, early-out/self-pay vendors, extended business office (EBO) providers, and RCM partners. Leads originate from marketing, BDR efforts, personal networks, and targeted account strategies. Essential Functions - Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on healthcare collections and revenue cycle partners, prioritizing agencies aligned to healthcare servicing. - Build and manage account plans that map decision-makers across operations, compliance, IT, and client services within healthcare collections organizations. - Conduct consultative discovery centered on healthcare-specific challenges such as: - Patient financial engagement and digital adoption - Bad debt recovery optimization - Early-out vs. bad debt placement strategies - Regulatory constraints (HIPAA, TCPA, FDCPA) - Align RevSpring solutions to improve: - Patient communication strategies (omnichannel engagement) - Payment capture and self-service adoption - Operational efficiency and agent productivity - Develop and present ROI-driven business cases tied to: - Liquidation rate improvement - Cost-to-collect reduction - Increased digital payment yield - Partner with internal teams (product, compliance, legal, operations) to ensure solutions meet healthcare regulatory and client requirements. - Collaborate with Marketing to build vertical-specific campaigns and messaging targeting healthcare collections and RCM audiences. - Lead RFP responses and complex proposal development, particularly for agency consolidations and large health system outsourcing initiatives. - Deliver executive-level presentations and demos tailored to agency leadership and healthcare client stakeholders. - Maintain disciplined pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and forecast accuracy. - Establish long-term trusted advisor relationships with agency executives and their healthcare provider clients. Minimum Requirements Specific Job Skills - Proven success selling into or working within healthcare collections, revenue cycle, or adjacent healthcare financial services markets - Strong understanding of: - Healthcare revenue cycle workflows (early-out, bad debt, EBO) - Patient billing and payment ecosystems - Compliance frameworks (HIPAA, TCPA, FDCPA, state regulations) - Experience selling SaaS, digital engagement, payments, or analytics solutions - Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare sales cycles - Strong consultative selling and value-based positioning skills - Ability to build financial models tied to collections performance and ROI - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities - Willingness to travel up to 50% Education Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience 3–5+ years in enterprise sales within healthcare, revenue cycle, or collections technology

Role Description Samsung SDS America is looking for Senior Presales Solution Consultant for driving Zero Touch Mobility (ZTM) product to the US market. This role is a strategic, customer-facing lead responsible for designing, validating, and operationalizing enterprise-scale mobility lifecycle solutions that are commercially viable, technically sound, and execution-ready. This role serves as a trusted advisor to customers, assessing current-state mobility and device management processes, aligning them to industry best practices, and translating optimized workflows into our Zero Touch Mobility for ServiceNow solution. The Presales Solution Consultant partners closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Delivery teams to accelerate revenue growth, improve deal quality, and ensure consistent, high-quality transitions from presales to implementation. This is a 100% remote US-based role. Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales of all Ebara Pumps Americas Corporation pump products within a defined region. Sales will be managed through distributors, representatives, and direct sales as needed. Major OEM accounts will be managed through the EPAC OEM sales team; however, where EPAC distribution sells to OEM accounts, the Regional Sales Manager is expected to maintain account relationships through the distributor/representative and is responsible for these OEM sales. This position will collaborate with sales management, field service, and customer service functions to support EPAC business objectives and goals. This position requires a minimum of 60% travel or greater as regional sales needs arise. Duties and Responsibilities - Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner to develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, clients, co-workers, and management. - Act in a safe manner at all times and ensure that those around you do not put themselves or others at risk. Safety is everyone’s responsibility. - Manage regional sales and support activities for continued growth of EPAC. - Establish clearly defined areas of responsibility for distribution/representation with geographic and market focus. - Administer Distributor/Sales Representative Agreements. - Develop existing distribution/representation and add new distribution/representation as needed to expand and grow sales of all products in the EPAC portfolio. - Work with distributor principals to develop and implement annual business plans designed to expand and grow sales of all products in the EPAC portfolio. - Work with distribution/representation, consulting engineers, end users, contractors, and OEM customers to develop relationships and capture new business. - Train and work with distribution to increase competence in Ebara EPAC products, processes, policies, and procedures. - Help distributor personnel to become self-sufficient through use of collateral materials provided by EPAC for the purpose of selection, presentation, and quotation of EPAC products. - Train and assist in the proper application of pumping equipment through discussions, presentations, and field visits. - Participate in product presentations; utilize samples and various forms of media to emphasize features and benefits of Ebara products as effective solutions. - Review technical specifications with distribution, consulting engineers, and end users to influence the development of technical specifications favorable to Ebara products. - Identify opportunities for new products and accessories. - Provide analysis of distribution channel and feedback regarding EPAC sales activities to Distributor/Representative and EPAC Management as appropriate. - Share and follow up on sales leads from business directories, industry ads, trade shows, internet, and other sources. - Communicate and coordinate tasks with support staff: Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service teams. - Maintain best practices for on-time and up-to-date reporting of sales activity (travel itineraries, calendars, Salesforce, activity reports, expense reports, product forecasts, project and quote logs, etc.). - Control sales operating and travel expenses to meet established budgets. - All other assigned duties. Qualifications - Engineering Degree and/or 5+ years of pump sales experience. - Ability to communicate via email, functional in word processing, PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, etc. - Positive verbal communication skills and the ability to lead group discussions. Working Conditions - The employee must be able to work independently from a home office and travel as required to meet the demands of the position. - These demands will include, but are not limited to, work during regular business hours, evenings, and weekends, work outdoors on jobsites, and work with challenging clients and difficult circumstances.
