Position Details: Role: Bench Sales Manager Location: 100% Remote Company: Bright Vision Technologies (www.bvteck.com) Shift Timing: Night shifts (EST hours) Job Description: Bench Sales Manager (US Staffing) The Bench Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the bench sales team and driving successful placements of H1B consultants by leveraging strong Tier 1/vendor relationships and multiple job portals such as Dice, TechFetch, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn. This role requires leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on involvement in marketing consultants. Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales of all Ebara Pumps Americas Corporation pump products within a defined region. Sales will be managed through distributors, representatives, and direct sales as needed. Major OEM accounts will be managed through the EPAC OEM sales team; however, where EPAC distribution sells to OEM accounts, the Regional Sales Manager is expected to maintain account relationships through the distributor/representative and is responsible for these OEM sales. This position will collaborate with sales management, field service, and customer service functions to support EPAC business objectives and goals. This position requires a minimum of 60% travel or greater as regional sales needs arise.
