Job Description - Lead data conversion projects for company products in all US regions. - Perform project scope confirmation, data restoring, data analysis, data profiling, data wrangling, data extract/transformation/load (ETL) design, and related project tasks. - Plan and deploy data conversion deliverables on projects. - Maintain communication with customers and other stakeholders to explain the implications of the data conversion project, gather and refine implementation requirements, and provide recommendations about the appropriate project- based solution for their needs. - Create and maintain project documentation that lists project scope, release plan, data conversion agreements, project requirements, and data conversion approach implemented through project tasks. - Develop and maintain internal tools used for data conversion projects. - Use Agile project management to prioritize workload for the Flex Data Conversion team based on business and customer criteria by applying Agile project management and Agile business analysis techniques. - Provide technical support and guidance to project team members for development, knowledge sharing, and troubleshooting data conversion issues. - Collaborate with project managers, application specialists, and solutions architects to continuously improve internal project processes. - Report project outcomes and confirm project deliverables. - 10% travel required throughout the United States. - Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Target Base Salary Range: $133,182 - $202,600 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
