• responsible for maintaining and building existing client relationships while pursuing and closing new business opportunities for their respective division(s) and product lines. • review and conduct market research to identify partnership opportunities. • lead our growth strategy and help achieve our development goals in collaboration with leaders across the organization while providing strategic advice to clients and internal stakeholders. • manage a portfolio of clients; grow portfolio by prospecting for new clients and deepening relationships with existing clients. • identify, recommend and promote products and solutions that will benefit the client in addition to the needs of the company. • manage a disciplined marketing process by identifying steps/strategies necessary to effectively maintain and build relationships with clients and prospects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or a related field is preferred; the equivalent amount of experience will be considered in lieu.
- 8+ years of experience in a business banking relationship management role or related business development
- Proven experience of developing relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization
- Must have strong experience and proficiency with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
