Vantor is seeking a Geospatial Solutions Architect to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer. The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities. Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain geospatial data visualization solutions that integrate with cloud-based platforms. - Develop operational dashboards that leverage GIS tools such as ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS, and open-source geospatial platforms. - Optimize geospatial data layers for real-time analytics and cross-domain information sharing. - Oversee the integration of geospatial AI/ML models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with mission requirements. - Provide the Geospatial Data & Dashboard Integration Report, detailing geospatial system enhancements and user engagement metrics. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, or a related field, or - five (5) years of equivalent experience in geospatial architecture. - Demonstrated experience in developing GIS solutions using ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms, as well as integrating geospatial data into cloud-based applications. - Experience with spatial analysis, remote sensing, and geospatial AI/ML applications is required. - Possess the knowledge and capability to design and implement geospatial visualization solutions, ensuring integration with operational dashboards and cloud-based platforms. - Personnel must be proficient in proficient in GIS tools, geospatial data processing, and mapping services. Preferred Qualifications: - Desirable but not required certifications include include ESRI ArcGIS Desktop Associate or GISP certification. Role Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Foreign Nationals Outreach Worker who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs. The Outreach and Community Team work with service users with substance misuse, who are experiencing rough sleeping, or at risk of homelessness. We are looking for a compassionate, empathetic and proactive individual who can lead on engaging EU Nationals to work with services and achieve positive outcomes for those they are supporting. - Report to the Outreach and Community Team Leader within the outreach in Barnet. - Hold a caseload of EU Foreign Nationals who are experiencing rough sleeping and substance misuse issues. - Work in collaboration with internal teams and partner agencies to support service users with complex needs. - Engage with Foreign Nationals who are rough sleeping, sex working by participating in street-based outreach sessions. - Act as the main coordinator providing comprehensive assessments and Drug and Alcohol support. - Provide screening, assessment, recovery planning, and onward referral. - Reduce drug and alcohol related harm to service users and the wider community. - Provide advocacy for access to partnership services. - Complete planned outreach projects with partner agencies. - Support social (re)integration, promoting recovery, resilience, peer support, and self-determination. - Work with the Police, the Home Office, and anti-trafficking agencies when necessary.
