• Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials solutions aligned to client business objectives • Guide clients through the full implementation lifecycle — from discovery and solution design through deployment and optimization • Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with Oracle best practices • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on financial processes and system capabilities • Lead design workshops, requirement sessions, and executive-level discussions • Build strong, long-term client relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and delivery excellence • Partner with Sales and Solutioning teams to support pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimations, and client presentations • Contribute to pipeline growth by identifying opportunities and shaping compelling, value-driven solutions • Support proposal development and participate in client pursuits • Contribute to the development of industry-specific solutions, accelerators, and best practices within the Oracle Financials practice • Continuously enhance delivery methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and client outcomes • Stay current on Oracle Cloud innovations and bring forward-thinking solutions to clients • Provide architectural oversight and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with design and delivery standards • Mentor and develop consultants and functional leads across engagements • Foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture across onshore and offshore teams • Oversee solution quality, risk management, and adherence to project timelines and budgets • Partner with project leadership to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery • Ensure proper documentation, design integrity, and compliance with internal standards.
• Collaborate with customers to deeply understand their transportation & logistics processes, challenges, and strategic objectives, and transform these into scalable OTM solutions. • Lead and oversee the implementation of OTM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with the designed architecture • Facilitate design meetings and manage project timelines and budgets. • Delegate and track project team member tasks (potentially across geographies). • Demonstrate a willingness to do hands-on configuration work. • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance counseling to junior team members. • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Perform hands-on configuration of the WMS system, tailoring it to meet specific client requirements and optimizing warehouse processes. • Accurately document business requirements, system configurations, and testing procedures. • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams during design meetings. • Lead data loading activities and execute comprehensive system testing. • Coordinate integration mapping activities ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. • Work effectively with offshore teams, ensuring clear communication and task coordination. • Conduct comprehensive knowledge transfer sessions with client resources, empowering them to effectively manage and utilize the WMS system. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members within the WMS domain.
