SAP SCM Resource Manager
MetaRPO
Role Description We are seeking a hands-on SAP Resource Manager to manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and project staffing across manufacturing and supply chain functions. You will use Wrike and SAP S/4HANA to align workforce and machine capacity with production schedules and demand plans. - Plan and manage resource capacity across teams, plants, and production lines - Translate SAP data into staffing and shift plans - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align resources with demand - Run resource reviews, resolve conflicts, and support project timelines - Track utilization and performance metrics; generate reports (Excel, Power BI) - Identify bottlenecks and drive solutions - Improve processes and train teams on tools and best practices Qualifications - 5+ years in resource/capacity management (manufacturing or supply chain) - Strong experience with Wrike and SAP S/4HANA - Advanced Excel and reporting skills (Power BI preferred) - Strong communication and stakeholder management - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field Requirements - Experience in consumer goods or process manufacturing (preferred) - Knowledge of S&OP and production planning concepts (preferred) - Experience with project/portfolio management (preferred) Company Description Join our team at MetaRPO and embark on a journey of growth and innovation.

• Execute manual and exploratory test cases to identify bugs, log and track defects through to resolution; • Contribute to continuous process and quality improvements; • Write clear, concise test cases, perform estimations, build source-to-target (De/Para) mappings, actively support the team during refinement sessions and definition of acceptance criteria, and participate actively in QA meetings; • Test APIs using appropriate tools; • Log, document and validate bug fixes (using tools such as Jira, ALM Octane or Azure DevOps); • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), such as Dailies, Plannings and Retrospectives; • Collaborate with developers using tools like VS Code to understand requirements and ensure delivery quality.
• Lead workshops and requirements‑gathering sessions to help clients maximise the value of SuccessFactors solutions. • Support existing clients with workshops, fixes, solution recommendations, and advisory services. • Understand and document scope, requirements, processes, system configuration, testing plans, and related activities. • Prepare key project documentation such as workbooks, blueprints, and test scripts. • Configure and customise the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. • Assist with the setup of HR environments across client landscapes, including cutover activities and instance migrations. • Coordinate configuration tasks, working with onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment with client needs. • Participate in testing cycles, identify defects, raise SAP support tickets, and manage defect resolution from build through post‑go‑live. • Deliver end‑user training and create high‑quality documentation. • Prepare and deliver knowledge‑transfer sessions. • Collaborate closely with other SuccessFactors specialists across the organisation. • Communicate regularly with functional teams and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment. • Contribute to a smooth transition of projects into support at project closure. • Produce final handover documentation for clients and the Zalaris support team. • Add value to our customer deliveries in a customer-centric fashion.
