• Execute high-quality visual assets across various formats, including webpages, sales decks, whitepapers, brochures, and complex diagrams • Partner directly with executives, marketing, and sales teams to translate complex business requirements into compelling visual stories • Lead design strategy for large-scale projects, managing everything from initial concept to final delivery under tight deadlines • Act as a "gold-standard" gatekeeper, using a keen artistic eye to review and refine content produced by both human effort and AI tools • Oversee and optimize agentic AI workflows to scale the production of visual content while ensuring all output meets strict brand and style standards
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic and web design for marketing, preferably with B2B SaaS brands
- Mastery of key modern design tools from Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to Canva, Figma, MidJourney, Ideogram, Webflow, and beyond
- Experience working with AI tools for design and an eagerness to innovate with AI to scale design work
- Excellent project management skills and experience working within content calendars and deadlines
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales
