Job Requirements
- 2+ years of design experience, preferably in-house at DTC brands and/or agencies.
- Knowledge of email design best practices, user-centered experience design, brand development, and the creative process.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize, present, and articulate design rationale to clients.
- Skills in Figma, Photoshop, and modern design tools.
- Ability to take feedback, iterate on designs, multitask, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
