This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership, overseeing the architecture, integration, and deployment of platform solutions to ensure mission-critical operations. - Coach and mentor your team, establishing frameworks for evaluating account health. - Provide guidance on AI-driven automation, workflow design, and integration strategy. - Partner across Sales, Customer Success, and Support to define technical standards. - Drive adoption of best practices and ensure high-value accounts achieve maximum ROI. - Leverage data and KPIs to guide decisions, prioritize initiatives, and measure team and account performance. Accountabilities: - Lead and grow a team of Technical Account Managers overseeing strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring technical excellence and adoption of platform capabilities. - Serve as the technical authority for complex architecture, integration, automation, and AI-driven workflows within customer environments. - Coach and mentor team members, building technical depth, architectural judgment, and platform fluency across the organization. - Establish frameworks and standards to evaluate and improve account technical health, identifying risks and prescribing scalable solutions. - Engage directly with customers during critical technical projects, escalations, and architectural reviews. - Partner with cross-functional teams to define high-value accounts and clarify ownership boundaries for technical initiatives. - Use data, KPIs, and technical health metrics to inform decisions, prioritize resources, and measure success. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in technical support, solution architecture, or technical account management roles, including 5+ years leading enterprise-facing technical teams. - Strong solutions-architect mindset, able to assess existing customer environments and prescribe scalable improvements. - Hands-on expertise in AI-powered platforms, agent frameworks, automation pipelines, and integration-heavy SaaS environments. - Proven leadership skills, with the ability to build frameworks, influence stakeholders, and develop team technical depth. - Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication, able to convey complex technical concepts to varied audiences. - Ability to remain calm under pressure and balance immediate issue resolution with long-term architectural strategy.
