Phone Sales Executive

Role Description We are hiring two part-time Domestic Sales Executives based in Cape Town, working fully remotely from home. This is a properly paid, commission-earning sales position for someone who wants flexibility without sacrificing income. - Work 20 to 25 hours per week in shifts agreed in advance. - Base salary is strong for part-time hours. - Uncapped commission is the same per-unit rate as our full-time team - there is no part-time penalty. What You Will Do - Make 25 to 30 outbound calls per shift to warm, pre-qualified UK homeowners. - Follow up persistently across multiple calls to close - this is where the sales are won. - Manage your pipeline accurately in Pipedrive CRM. - Work agreed shifts within the 9am-11pm SA time window (7am-9pm UK time), Monday to Sunday. - Cover Saturday mornings on a rota basis (approximately 1 in 3 Saturdays once fully staffed). - Hit a monthly target of 12 to 15 units by Month 3, with a structured ramp in Months 1 and 2. Ramp Targets - Month 1: 8 to 10 units - Month 2: 10 to 12 units - Month 3 onwards: 12 to 15 units per month The Money - Base salary: ZAR 7,000 per month for 20 to 25 hours per week - On Target Earnings (OTE): - Month 1 ramp (8-10 units): ZAR 9,900 per month - Month 2 ramp (10-12 units): ZAR 10,600 per month - Month 3 at target (12-15 units): ZAR 11,500 per month - Strong performer (15+ units): ZAR 12,400+ per month - Your effective hourly rate including commission at target is ZAR 100 to ZAR 130+ per hour - well above the full-time market rate for call centre work in Cape Town. - Commission is uncapped - the same per-unit rate as our full-time team. - You must reach 60% of your monthly pro-rated target to qualify. - 6-month clawback applies on cancelled deals. Qualifications - Proven B2C outbound phone sales experience with results you can evidence. - Genuine interest in sustainability and green technology. - Persistence - you follow up across multiple calls without losing energy or warmth. - Excellent spoken English - clear, professional, and confident on the phone with UK customers. - The ability to commit reliably to agreed shift patterns. - Availability for Saturday mornings on a rota. - Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace in Cape Town. - The right to work in South Africa. - Ideal background: insurance telesales, mobile phone sales, investment or financial services call centre, or any high-volume outbound B2C closer who wants flexible hours without a drop in earnings per hour. What Will Not Work - Inability to commit consistently to agreed shift patterns. - Unavailability on Saturday mornings. - Preference for face-to-face sales over phone work. - Unreliable internet or a noisy home environment. Training - Pre-start: Self-directed onboarding pack including product knowledge, call recordings, and CRM walkthrough. - Week 1: Live virtual onboarding with Samantha (Managing Director) and the full-time team member. - Month 1 and 2: Coached ramp-up with weekly performance reviews. Role Description This role is central to driving data-informed sales decisions across key accounts and points of sale. You will analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize revenue, market share, and customer engagement. Role Description Managing a territory of named Enterprise Accounts selling our full suite of solutions including HR/Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor Management, Tax and Finance Solutions, Pre-employment Services and Retirement Services. - Meet or exceed assigned quota within assigned accounts. - Develop annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned quota. - Create consistent activity management and detailed account plans for each of the listed accounts including quarterly executive level review sessions for each account. - Establish highest level of contact with each prospect and client. - Produce a 120-day Prospective Business Report that identifies potential business and activities necessary to close. - Identify client complaints with existing products/services and initiates action plan to resolve issues and retain clients. - Broaden knowledge of company products and their capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses of competitive products. - Generate sales to new and current National Account clients while ensuring optimum client satisfaction.
